History
SPR Packaging LLC was founded in 2006 by Steven P. Rosenberg to fill a niche in the flexible packaging market vacated by billion dollar packaging conglomerates. Assembling a team of experienced plastic packaging managers and associates, Rosenberg built a greenfield 60,000 sq ft operation in Rockwall, Texas where production started in 2007.
