President, Steven P. Rosenberg
Steven Rosenberg spearheaded the building of the Flexible Packaging Division of Arrow Industries in 1980. This Division, which was a leader in supplying packaging to the bakery, ice, and produce industries was sold to Bemis in 2000 by ConAgra.
Mr. Rosenberg has served on the Board of publicly traded Texas Capital Bank (NASD:TCBI) since its founding in 1999 and is a member of its audit and HR committees. He also serves on the board of publicly traded PRG Schultz (NASD:PRGX) and publicly traded Cinemark Holdings (NYSE:CNK).
In addition, Mr. Rosenberg has served as president and director of many non-profit communal and educational organizations over the past 25 years, including recently chairing the building and finance committees of a $25 million educational campus.
Vice President of Sales, Charles S. Wells
Charles “Chip” Wells has over 30 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. After receiving his Bachelor of Marketing degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, he joined Arrow Industries – Flexible Packaging Division, in Carrollton, Texas in 1979.
During his 21 years with Arrow Industries he held several sales positions, progressing to the position of National Sales Manager. The following 9 years were spent with Bemis Polyethylene Division located in Terre Haute, Indiana. At Bemis, Mr. Wells held several positions in Marketing, National Accounts and Regional Sales Management, before leaving to join SPR Packaging.
Vice President of Manufacturing, Jozef Levi
Jozef Levi has twenty-five years of experience in the extrusion and packaging industry. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University in 1985, he joined Arrow Industries as a management trainee.
After several acquisitions, Mr. Levi ascended to the head of one of Alcoa’s leading production plants in its Presto Division. Mr. Levi oversaw an annual budget of $20 million, and his plants led in budget adherence and cost savings for two consecutive years among all Presto Division plants.
Vice President and CFO, Marcus McKee
Marcus McKee has over twenty years experience in managerial finance and accounting. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985 with a Bachelor in Accounting, Mr. McKee began his career with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
In 1990, he moved to Dal-Tile Corporation, a ceramic tile manufacturer and distributor, where he served in a variety of finance positions, including controller and director level roles. In 1997, he moved to SAP America, an international software and consulting provider, as a financial applications consultant. In 2000, he was hired by CompuCom Systems, Inc. where he worked for approximately seven years as director of accounting and director of corporate finance, before leaving to join SPR Packaging.
